Ringlink is ...

1. The Ringlink Program - A CGI Perl program that provides the tools you need to run a web ring of web sites, i.e. a system of links between web sites of a similar topic, content, or interest.
2. The Ringlink Project - An open source project aiming to further develop the Program, and support its use.

The Ringlink Program is free software under the GNU General Public License.

The Ringlink Project is registered with SourceForge, and most of the information about Ringlink, as well as various tools for both users and developers, are available from the Ringlink - Summary Page at SourceForge. Every Ringlink user is recommended to get a SourceForge account so as to benefit fully from all the different Ringlink resources that are available there.
